Development Update Terms

• Title release: Once a Statement of Compliance for the satisfactory completion of the civil works has been issued by Council, the subdivision plan incorporating the newly constructed stage of lots, including each newly created, individual land lot will be sent to the Titles Office for registration. Once this registration takes place, a title is created (released) for each lot within that stage.
   
• Settlement: Upon the creation of each individual title of land by the Titles Office, settlement of the Contract of Sale and final payment for the land lot can occur, and transfer of the Title from the vendor (the Developer) to the purchaser can then be completed.
   
• All dates provided are estimates only given the progress of construction activity may be affected by weather conditions from time to time.
