We've created an environment that respects the environment. Mandalay has been designed to be as sustainable as can be, where Class A recycled water will keep the golf course and parklands green.
All house and land packages in Beveridge will also be plumbed with a 'third pipe' for lush green gardens, and the use of solar panels will be encouraged wherever possible. Sophisticated and intelligent solutions have been proposed throughout Mandalay to achieve minimal water and energy use, waste reduction and maintain a high level of biodiversity within our vast boundaries.
