Mandalay sets benchmark with display village

Premier northern master-planned community, ‘Mandalay at Beveridge’, continues to lead the way for Melbourne’s home hunters as works progress on the estate’s on-site display village.

Earmarked for completion by October this year, the display village will showcase home designs from a range of national and boutique builders including Metricon Homes, Simonds, Homes Now, TBN, Burbank, 3D Homes, Colex Homes and Snowden Homes.

Metricon Homes’ display is nearing completion with Simonds Homes and Homes Now not far behind, and construction across the village continuing to schedule.

The display village will ease the pressure on the increasing number of home hunters searching for the perfect house and land package in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, with a quality range of designs in one central location at Mandalay.

The 2000-home site development has quickly asserted itself as the north’s benchmark community with sales soaring since the first release of land last year and an impressive range of infrastructure and on-site amenity planned for the estate.

Mandalay will offer residents extensive onsite facilities including a proposed primary school, commercial precinct and the exclusive ‘Club Mandalay’ with a gymnasium, swimming pool, tennis courts, café, bistro and much more.
