‘Mandalay at Beveridge’, Melbourne’s fast developing residential community located in the thriving northern growth corridor, will welcome throngs of home-hunters and members of the community on Saturday 2 October as it celebrates the official launch of its 16-home display village.

Featuring a complementary barbeque provided by the friendly Kalkallo CFA along with a face painter, balloonist, roving entertainers, coffee cart and more, the bevvy of activities is sure to keep the whole family entertained as Mandalay marks the unveiling of this important on-site feature.

Positioned just 45 minutes north of Melbourne’s CBD in the Shire of Mitchell, Mandalay’s new display village is set to provide a one-stop-shop for buyers keen to purchase their dream home in the bourgeoning northern region.

The display centre will feature the latest home designs from Melbourne’s premier national and local builders, including Metricon Homes, Simonds, Homes Now, Burbank, Colex Homes, TBN and Snowden Homes.

Mandalay has continued to exceed expectations since sales commenced just over 18 months ago.  Buyers have been attracted to the wealth of facilities planned for the community in the coming years, including a primary school, commercial precinct, 18-hole golf course and ‘Club Mandalay’, an exclusive recreation club featuring a gym, swimming pool, bistro, pro-shop and much more.

Mandalay development manager, Rod Binedell, said the display village’s timely completion was a coup for the 2000-lot estate, as homebuyers can now enjoy a wealth of choice when looking for the perfect home design.
