Golf course:
Picturesque 18-hole course designed by Peter Thomson, World Golf Hall of Fame member and world-renowned course designer. Thomson's vision when he designed the Mandalay course was to make it the regional golf destination of choice, and one of Victoria's top courses.

A shopping centre has been planned for Mandalay, with 5000 square metres of retail space large enough to accommodate facilities such as a supermarket and other specialty outlets.

Mandalay health and education facilities:
A conveniently located community centre with two meeting rooms, a kitchen, store rooms and a general purpose room is planned. Adjacent to the community centre will be a kindergarten as well as a maternal health centre. A primary school is also proposed for Mandalay.
